1. PricingThe quoted price is an estimate. If additional items or circumstances are discovered on-site, the Customer will be informed of the revised price before work begins and may accept or decline. Final price is confirmed on-site before work starts.

2. AuthorizationCustomer confirms they own or have legal authority to dispose of all designated items and authorizes The Junk Boss LLC to haul, donate, recycle, or dispose of them. Once removed, items cannot be returned.

3. Property ReleaseThe Junk Boss LLC will take reasonable care during service. Customer releases The Junk Boss LLC from liability for incidental property damage during normal removal, including scuffs, scratches, minor dents, lawn impressions, or driveway marks.

4. Items ReleaseCustomer accepts full responsibility for identifying designated items. The Junk Boss LLC is not responsible for items accidentally included by the Customer.

5. Hazardous MaterialsCustomer certifies no hazardous, toxic, biohazardous, or illegal materials are included. If discovered after loading, the Customer is responsible for additional disposal costs.

6. CancellationAny deposit is non-refundable if the Customer cancels within 24 hours of scheduled service.

7. SatisfactionPayment constitutes acceptance that the job was completed to satisfaction.

8. Liability CapTotal liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing LawGoverned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes resolved in Prince William or Fairfax County, Virginia.

10. Returned & Failed PaymentsIn the event of a returned check, declined card, or failed payment of any kind, Customer agrees to pay a $45.00 returned payment fee in addition to the original balance owed. All fees must be paid within 48 hours of notification via cash or alternative payment method. The Junk Boss LLC reserves the right to pursue collection and legal action for any unpaid balances, with all associated costs borne by the Customer.
